DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time. Processing Time is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. Shipping Time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Usually processing time is 1-2 business day. Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method you choose.  We ship via USPS or UPS. Once your order has been filled, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. Please make sure all your information is accurate when submitting the order as MADERAW does not take responsibility for packages shipped to an incorrect address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally via USPS or UPS. MADERAW will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery, we advise that you contact your customs office and ask about regulations prior to placing an order.

In the event the package is delivered back to us, you will be refunded the total amount of the order MINUS the shipping charge and any related charges incurred during shipping. Should the cost to return be more than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and no credit will be issued.

REFUND, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

All sales are final unless there is an error on our part related to your order (wrong item / damaged item). We will issue a credit for your order and return shipping charge.  But an item must be returned in its original condition otherwise we are not responsible for any charges.

Email us within 7 days of receipt indicating your interest to return the product and we will gladly issue a full refund of the product. MADERAW clients are responsible for shipping any unwanted product back to our warehouse. There are certain items that must be worked out with the vendor directly: Excalibur, TSM (contact the vendors directly).
